Contact filtering to make it easier for you to access the list of contacts who received and opened your emails or not.

This contact filter can help you send targeted email campaigns based on your subscribers’ interaction with your previous campaigns.

Here is how it’s done:

1. Go to contacts

2. Select your contact list

3. Select “Campaign” as a filter

4. Select your filter option

Select one of the filtering options:

Opened: To filter only contacts who opened a selected campaign
Not opened: To filter only contacts who didn’t open a selected campaign
Received: To filter only contacts who received a selected campaign
Not received: To filter only contacts who didn’t receive a selected campaign

5. Select an email campaign

Select any of your sent email campaigns to apply your filter option on.

Once selected your campaign filter parameter, you’ll see the list of contacts who match with your selected filter.

It is also possible to export the filtered list as a CSV file. 

You just click on “Select all” to select your filtered contacts.

Once you select all, click on “Export” to download a list of the filtered contacts as a CSV file.
