Why custom fields do not work in test emails?
If you send a preview email to an address that's not included in any email list, the custom field will be replaced with field's short-code.

When you are sending preview emails, you can directly send it to any email address that is not in any email list.

When you send a preview email to a new email address, it means that Automizy doesn't have any further detail on this email address.


In this case, the custom fields used in the email body or subject line will be replaced with the short-code of the fields.
