SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is an authentication scheme that authorizes certain servers to send emails using your domain name.
SPF records are not only used to prevent spammers from spoofing your domain name. Also, to minimize the chance of your emails landing in the spam folder or bouncing.
Therefore you can significantly increase your open rates.
Automizy automatically configures SPF for all customers. This means that you don't need to create an SPF record or modify an existing one to work with Automizy. This applies even if you are using a Custom Domain.
If you would like to add Automizy to your existing SPF record, you can do so by adding:
TXT "v=spf1 include:spf.automizy.com -all"
You should add it to your SPF record or by creating a new one.
Where to add your SPF record?
It depends on your DNS (Domain Name Service) host.
Here's a list of hosts and guides on how to set it up for each one.
Access your domain DNS setting and add a new SPF record by pasting the following TXT record:
"v=spf1 include:spf.automizy.com -all"
To test if your SPF setting is working properly, open this SPF Checker and enter your domain name and Automizy’s SPF TXT.
Here is an example:
