I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?
Reset your password and create a new one to sign in.

  1. On the Sign-In page, click "Forgot Password?".

  2. Type your email and click "SEND EMAIL". After this, you'll get a password reset email in 10 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Wait at least 10 minutes before requesting another password reset email.

I didn't get the password reset email, what can I do?

  1. Check your spam folder.

  2. Reach out to support via chat at the bottom-right corner.
