A lot of people don’t open your emails the first time. Why? Because the subject line doesn’t resonate with them or they just missed it. What if you could send them the same email with another subject line the following days? 1 or even 2 times? Yes, it would increase the overall open rate of your campaign.
Therefore, we are introducing Resend to increase the open rate of your campaigns the simplest way possible.
How to resend newsletters to subscribers who didn’t open your original newsletter?
In the Newsletters menu, click on the NEW CAMPAIGN button on the right side.
That will bring this window up:
After you clicked on new campaign, select if you want to start from scratch (Drag and Drop, Simple, or HTML Email), use a template or one of your previous emails. Then click on CREATE.
After you chose, you’ll have to fill out these fields with the appropriate data (Campaign Name, From name, From Email, Reply Email and Subject line):
Right after you complete the setup, you’ll be in an email builder. In most cases that's going to be the drag & drop email builder, you design your email and proceed to the next step.
This will take you to the Set Target page: Check the box next to “Allow resend if not opened” & edit preferences:
Next, select your target audience. Then, click on the “Check” button on the top right corner of the window:
Do a quick check before sending to make sure everything is correct, and click on the “Send” button on the top right of the window.
