Build a Form with Automizy

The Automizy Form Builder is easy and intuitive. You can build your HTML forms on a drag and drop editor in just a few minutes. When you satisfied with it, just copy the generated HTML and paste it to the desired place on your web page and you're done.

How to create a new form:

Step 1: Go to Contacts -> Signup Forms and click “Build Signup Form”.

Step 2: Name your new form.

Step 3: Now build and customize your form:

Add new fields that'll be mapped to Automizy custom fields:

Design the whole form in the style section of the sidebar. (set the background color, the width of the form and more):

Rewrite and stylize the different parts of your forms (the form title, subtitle, the form fields and the button):

Add form actions (send the subscriber to a built-in thank you page, to a custom URL, send a thank you email and add tags):

Connect sign up form to contact list:

Step 4: When you built your form, just click on “INSERT”, and copy and paste the generated HTML code to your web page and monitor as new subscribers are appearing in Automizy!

Detect Your Existing Forms

Introducing Autodetect.

You can easily connect the existing forms on your web page to Automizy with Autodetect feature.

Go to Contacts/Signup Forms and click on: "Connect From Website".

Step 1:

  1. Name your form. (This will only be displayed inside Automizy.)
  2. Copy and Paste the URL of the page where your form is located.
  3. Click on "Detect".

If you get the warning you see below, you need to insert the Automizy form detect code into the 'head' section of your website.

After Mizy is done scanning your page, you'll see the form(s).

Step 2: If there are more forms on your page, then choose the form you want to connect to Automizy.

Step 3: Choose Automizy Custom Fields for each form field.

Step 4: Choose a list where you'll keep the subscribers who fill out this form. You also can create a new list by clicking on "Create List".

And you're done! 

Now you can collect your subscribers in Automizy and use this detected form as a trigger for your Automation.
